The Journey to Mastery: A Blended Expertise
My spiritual journey began in 1991 when my mum gifted me my first deck of Tarot cards. I quickly discovered I could read intuitively, without the book, reading first for friends and family. My studies continued for over 20 years, culminating in specialised courses to consolidate my learning in Astrology (2002-date). I love natal astrology as I believe it fundamentally helps us to 'know the self.'

​This mystical depth is paired with rigorous professional training. My career history is entirely focused on coaching, mentoring, and training. My formal qualifications include becoming a certified Heal Your Life Teacher (2016-date), a qualified Life Coach, and a Law of Attraction Teacher (2015-date). I discovered the work of Louise Hay, a pioneer in the self-help world, in my early 20s, and her philosophy completely changed my life - twice.
Coping with Change: My Calling to Help You
After being diagnosed with breast cancer in 2011, it became apparent that I needed a major lifestyle and career change. This pivotal experience led me to answer my true calling: helping others cope with life after massive change. It was a natural decision after everything I'd been through myself, and this personal journey fuels my commitment to my clients today.

​Over three decades, my spiritual journey of self-discovery, and my fascination with all things esoteric and holistic, has deepened. Getting in touch with our spiritual selves is a powerful tool for personal growth. My guidance helps clients address learned negative behavior, self-limiting beliefs, and enhances self-awareness and emotional intelligence. I incorporate all of this work and experience into every interaction I have.
My ability to deliver focused, practical guidance is grounded in extensive professional experience. I previously owned and ran a successful business in South Wales, employing 40 staff (2001-2011), where my role was focused on staff development, training, and running the office. Before then, I worked for various government departments in both decision-making and training and development roles (1991-2001). This history guarantees a strategic, pragmatic approach to every reading.
