How do I purchase gift cards?You can purchase a gift card by visiting the Gift Card page on my website and completing the order form. After selecting a card, enter the recipient's details, and set when the card should be sent. As soon as the card is received, you will get an email informing you that the gift card has been delivered (unless you bought it for yourself).

How are gift cards are redeemed?When the time arrives, the gift card recipient gets a notification by email, text message, or through WhatsApp - depending on what method you selected. You can also print out the gift card and deliver it offline. If the recipient gets notified by email, the message arrives with the subject line "Anne, you've received a gift card from Adam!" (with the relevant names). By clicking the Open Gift Card link, they can access a code to redeem their gift, here on my website.

How do recipients redeem gift cards at checkout?To redeem the card, the recipient heads over to my bookings page and selects the type of reading they would like by clicking Book Now. During payment, they select the Redeem a gift card option and enter their unique gift card code.

What happens if the order total is more than the remaining gift card value?If the sale is worth more than the value of the card, you can pay for the remaining cost using Paypal or your debit or credit card.

What happens if the order total is less than the gift card value?Any amount left over after making a purchase can be used for future purchases. For example, if a recipient has an £80 gift card and spends £50, they can use the remaining £30 in future when booking on my website.

Can gift card holders check their balance?Currently, it is not possible for recipients to check their gift card balance.
